The Committee of our Parish and Community, taken 8th October 2024, at the the official Dinner for His-All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, at the ICC Grand Ballroom - Darling Harbour.

The Parish and Community Committee (Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο) is a body of practising Orthodox Christians who are elected by the members of the Parish, for the purpose of working together with our Parish Priest in fulfilling the goals and needs of our Parish and Community.

The Committee of our Parish and Community consists of volunteers who are elected to serve for a two-year term.

During the 50 yrs of our Communities life, 11 presidents in total have led the successive boards, in order for our visions and goals to be accomplished.  Below are their names and the terms of their presidency;

  • Konstantinos (Con) Constantine (10/1987 - 11/2001)
  • Kostas (Con) Klavdiou (12/2001 - 12/2005)
  • Vlasios Brakoulias (2006 - 2009)
  • Yiannis (John) Dimitrakopoulos (2010 - 2013)

We would also like to acknowledge the many volunteers who have served on the Committee over the past 50 years, generously giving their time, hard work, and wisdom for the advancement of our Parish and Community.
