Saint Paraskevi Blacktown Community Mission, in collaboration with Mother Maria of Paris Greek Orthodox Mission, have been running a program which provides food and other resources for those in need - regardless of creed, culture or language - at Alpha Park, Blacktown, on a fortnightly basis, with the plan to be gathering more consistently in the future.
"So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7).
We are seeking volunteers to help prepare or serve meals; whether you can assist by providing us with resources or your time, please contact us (details below) or email [email protected]. Alternatively, click on this link and register.
The program recommences on Thursday, 4th February 2021, and will be taking place on Thursdays (fortnightly), 5:00 p.m., at Alpha Park, Blacktown (opposite Westpoint).
