Pastoral care in hospitals and nursing homes

For decades now, our Parish Priests have been making both regular and emergency visits to the Hospitals and Nursing Homes of the area. Father Alexios visits Blacktown Hospital regularly and provides pastoral and spiritual care for patients and their families. For reasons of discretion, visits to Hawkesbury and Mount Druitt Hospitals and hospitals outside of the Parish (Nepean, Westmead etc.) happen at the request of the patient or their immediate family. In emergency cases, the hospitals communicate with Father Alexios directly.
